EcoHomes offers a comprehensive home assessment and improvement services. During assessment, an EcoHomes adviser will assess your home and recommend the best and most cost effective options to improve the energy efficiency, comfort and health of your home. Then, the EcoHomes team will perform installations, including window replacement, insulation, air and duct sealing and balancing, heating venting and cooling systems (HVAC), lighting and more.

The assessment is a series of diagnostic tests on your home to pin point problems and opportunities for home performance improvement. Tests include, carbon monoxide testing, furnace efficiency testing, visual inspection of insulation, window profile tests, duct leakage tests, HVAC balance, thermal imaging and much more.

A assessment generally takes less than two hours.
