We have immediate openings for Home Performance Retrofitters and Home Performance Sales Advisors.

Qualifications

• Some experience and/or training with residential carpentry, HVAC, Window or Siding replacement.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to wear a heavy-duty partial mask respirator for entire work days.
• Superior verbal communications skills.
• Absolutely must have a valid and CLEAN Driver’s License.
• Clean criminal background.
• BPI Certification

Compensation

Base hourly rate of $15 an hour plus quarterly bonuses. Trainee will stay at this rate and in this position for a minimum of one year.
